Adaptive re-use of an existing 470,000 SF, 29-story building in downtown San Francisco. The former office building was transformed into 418 luxury rental apartments with amenities including: below-grade parking, a roof deck and gardens, fitness facility, luxury group kitchen, conference room/business center, library, game room, and resident lounge. The entire building is now encased in a glass skin that reflects the surrounding buildings and expresses the modern, elegant design. 20% of the rentable units are market rate affordable housing. The project is GreenPoint Rated under the Existing Building Multifamily rating system.
