Plant removed and replaced the wood-framed roof of a 100-year-old, four-story brick and heavy timber building. The scope of work included upgrading the diaphragm with shear ply, a new membrane roofing system, rebuilding and restoring the masonry walls, a new elevator system, and interior demolition and shoring.
