Bulgari San Francisco

Renovation to enable luxury jewelry and fashion retailer Bulgari to moved into a new retail space at One Union Square. The building, originally constructed by Plant in 1989, underwent a major reconstruction to accommodate a single tenant while maintaining multiple street entrances. Each entrance was redesigned to flow smoothly to the main shopping level. Many of the store’s finishes were fabricated in Europe, which required extensive coordination and logistics. The unique ultra-clear glass elevator and shaft were designed, engineered, drawn, fabricated, installed, and tested in a record-breaking nine months.
