SF SPCA Adminstrative Offices

Interior improvements to create administrative offices for the SPCA within their new hospital building in San Francisco. The project included the addition of a full mezzanine floor to accommodate accounting staff; shoehorning in of a new elevator, stairs, and HVAC units; plus a new internal connection between the Maddie’s Adoption Center building and the Leanne B. Roberts Animal Care Center. Interior finishes include double-height common areas with hand painted murals. Green innovation credits were awarded for incorporating recycled denim fabric, donated by Levi Strauss & Co. clothiers, as thermal insulation. The project received LEED Gold certification.
