White Hill Middle School

New construction of two multi-level classroom buildings in the center of a bustling middle school campus. Designed to facilitate a rich and collaborative 21st-century learning environment, the buildings include music rooms, interior finishes, acoustical treatments, casework, and furnishings. Exterior landscaping and hardscaping connects campus spaces together with a shaded amphitheater, which makes White Hill the first school to install polished, pervious concrete as a green alternative to traditional surfaces. The building was designed using CHPS and LEED for Schools guidelines and is a Net-Zero Energy-ready building.
